Congratulations to Garrett for winning the 2024 Grassroots Road Racing Scholarship. Garrett is the only driver who has applied for the scholarship every year since it was created. His persistence has paid off. This year he showed a clear plan to go road racing in Minnesota for years to come. We can’t wait for him to join other Minnesota drivers at our home racetrack, Brainerd International Raceway!
